Scope of Services
The application provides a means of connecting customers with car rental offices. We act as an intermediary only and are not responsible for the cars, services or conditions provided by the rental offices.
Legal Age: User must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Account Security: User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and any activity conducted through it.
Accurate Information: User must provide correct information during registration and booking.
Booking Process The App facilitates booking requests between users and car rental offices.
Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability and approval by the rental office.
User must adhere to the rental agreement and policies of the selected rental office.
Payment terms and amounts may vary by rental office. The application facilitates payment processes so that the user can pay online through the application The user is responsible for any additional fees, including fuel, insurance, or damages, as stated in the rental agreement.
The customer has the right to cancel rental requests after or before the approval of the rental office. If the customer pays (either part of the amount or the full amount due for renting a car) and cancels the request for any reason later, we will verify the validity of the cancellation with the relevant office and then transfer the full amount to the customer without any deduction within a maximum period of 7 working days.
Ensure that vehicles are in good condition and meet safety standards. Provide accurate information on rental terms and conditions and vehicle specifications.
The application is not responsible for any disputes, damages or obligations arising from the rental process between users and rental offices. The application is not responsible for accidents, theft or misuse of cars rented through the platform.
Users must not use the App for illegal purposes, including unauthorized use of rental vehicles.
It is prohibited to engage in fraudulent activities or provide misleading information.
The Application reserves the right to terminate users' accounts or block access to the Application in the event of a violation of these Terms.

The application collects and processes user data in accordance with the out Privacy Policy , User data will be shared with rental offices only to facilitate booking processes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Application will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.
These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
